Keane's manager was in Madrid during the week for a meeting with Florentino Perez - president of Real Madrid. Nothing's likely to come of it because Madrid initially are only interested in a 6 month contract and Keane wants an 18 month one. Beckam has said in the Spanish press that he'd welcome Roy Keane with "open arms".
