What a great venue. I went just to see Nirvana and remember getting the 75 bus there with my pals and being all excited. No one at the gig seemed to have a clue who they were except me and two blokes I knew. I used to send off to Sub Pop in Seattle for their stuff (after joining the Sub Pop Singles Club) and some of if it's very rare. Christ, maybe I should ebay it. Ah yes, the Top Hat gig.
