Two Tits and a Vote
No, not a deliberately provocative post title, but Sabrina’s new project and an excellent idea.
Two Tits and a Vote is a website intended to help Irish women become politically active around the issues that affect them. Basically it is set-up to make it easy to take action in under 10 minutes - you can send a real life postcard or letter or sign a petition… The first campaign is focused on Better Access to Breast Care, a campaign inspired by the dire treatment of the Irish woman blogger at http://avoidinglife.typepad.com/who’s horrendous experiences with a bleeding breast and an incompetent health service are also outlined at Two Tits and a Vote.
