I’m not trying to be mean, but really, the quality of designs in this list varies widely. And I don’t really think that changing a few font colours on a Blogger or Wordpress template counts as ‘design’ per se.
But there are indeed a few undisputedly gorgeous designs included, so I’m pretty sure that the good will out.
