The following hilarious exchange (between Graeme Souness & Uncle Bill O'Herlihy)took place on RTE before that game - "I think as a nation the Poles are intimidated by the Germans," said Souness. "With a certain justification!" chuckled Bill. They did, of course, play each other 2 years ago at the World Cup (with Germany winning 1-0).
